The group feature on ResearchGATE is a big success story. Most groups show high levels of activity. Their purpose is very diverse: Some represent real-world research organizations, others serve as a forum for conferences or even as substitutes for a proper webpage. To improve the handling, group administrators have now access to a new feature for sending messages to all members with only one click of the mouse. Fellow group members can propose such "messages to all", but the administrator will always make the final decision.
